Johann Wiggington – Help Desk Specialist III
Johann’s project improved the process for upgrading staff laptops by creating standard operating procedures, such as a protocol form and a checklist for returning laptops to IT.
Johann saved 336 total hours per year for working on laptop upgrades and 217 workdays in cycle time.

Jason Proctor – Document Imaging Associate
Jason’s project improved the process for scanning and indexing donations to Berea College at the Philanthropy Office by reconciling handoffs and using a pull system instead of a push system.
